PYLOSHOT OBSERVATIONAL STUDY PROTOCOL

OBJECTIVE

A Prospective Observational Real-World Evidence Study Evaluating Outcomes with Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17648 (Pyloshot) as Adjunct to Standard Triple Therapy vs Standard Triple Therapy alone in Helicobacter pylori Management

Inclusion criteria

• Age ≥18 years.
• Confirmed H. pylori endoscopy-based test (histology) prior to therapy.
• Planned initiation of standard triple therapy or triple therapy with L. reuteri DSM 17648.

Exclusion criteria

• Complicated ulcer requiring urgent surgery; known gastric malignancy.
• Severe comorbidity limiting follow-up; pregnancy/lactation.
• Concomitant initiation of other probiotics/postbiotics besides study adjunct.
• Known allergy /contraindication to any component of triple therapy.
